My energy balls Snickers style!

It’s the perfect snack! It’s healthy, natural, low in calories, and most importantly, super good! At home, it’s gone in five minutes. It’s perfect with a coffee or after a good workout. It doesn’t cost much. It’s no-bake and very quick to make. I love this recipe with dark chocolate, but feel free to vary it. The white chocolate variant is really not bad.

However, if you are allergic to peanut butter, skip it!!!

For this recipe, you will need:

  • peanut butter
  • oatmeal
  • dark chocolate chips
  • honey
  • salad bowl
  • three tablespoons
  • 15 minutes

You will take the bowl and put in it, 6 tablespoons of peanut butter. Then you add 3 tablespoons of creamy honey. You mix the two together. Once it is done, you add 12 tablespoons of oatmeal. You mix again, and you incorporate the chocolate chips. Personally, I put 3 tablespoons of it but that really depends on your tastes and the size of your chips. Me, I make mine by putting pieces of chocolate in the blender. We’ll blend one last time, and voilà! All that’s left is to make balls of them with your hands (or like my husband, you can make dumplings with your spoons to avoid getting your hands dirty). Once it’s done, you put them in the fridge for at least an hour.
